DIRECTOR - REHEARSAL AND WEDDING CEREMONY ONLY

$ 975.00 | 4 - 5 HRS.

  • Directing the ceremony rehearsal (processional & recessional)
  • Phone conversation to go over ceremony lineup

Package Includes:

  • One wedding rehearsal - scheduled within 1-2 weeks of the wedding date
  • All participants are requested to be in attendance
  • Creation of the Sequence of Events - Wedding Rehearsal & Wedding
  • Attend & oversee all aspects of the wedding ceremony
  • Organization of wedding party for each the recessional & recessional

This plan can only be booked within 2 months of the wedding date

Month of the Event

WEDDING DIRECTOR & RECEPTION MANAGEMENT

Help during the last month before the wedding through the wedding day

$ 1495.00 | 5 - 8 HRS.

  • Initial consultation in person
  • All amenities included in the Director only package
  • Meet with Bride three to four times starting the month before the wedding for follow-up consultations
  • Create wedding and reception timelines
  • Attend and oversee/manage wedding rehearsal (1.5hrs)
  • Meet and direct all vendors – caterers, florist, DJ/band, bakery personnel, etc. for the day of the wedding
  • Direct wedding and reception setup
  • Assisting guests with seating and wedding party as needed
  • See that personal flowers are distributed to wedding party, family members & special guests
  • Direct wedding processional (officiate) and coordinate the movement of items from the wedding to reception.
  • Cue wedding party to essential components of reception – entrance, cake cutting, food service, speeches, first dances and send off
  • Take care of all the little details and or obstacles that arise so the Bride, Groom, and family can just enjoy their special day

DECOR WEDDING / EVENT PACKAGE
WITH SETUP

  • Design Consultation and Layout
  • Venue walkthrough to create event days blueprint
  • must be scheduled.
  • Deliver, setup & pickup décor (rented from TLL&D)
  • per the confirmed layout
  • Pickup must be completed by 11:30pm
  • ($25.00 per hour afterwards )
